Deposits
All reservations are secured with a valid credit card. Deposits may be required depending on the length of stay and number of rooms reserved.
Rates are subject to state sales tax plus local lodging tax and are subject to change without notice.
Minimum Stay
From April 1 to October 31 and on holiday weekends, a two-night stay is required when a reservation includes a Saturday night.
Cancellations
There is a $25/room administrative fee for reservations canceled 15 or more days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations within 14 or fewer days of the arrival date, the guest is responsible for the full value of the reservation unless the room(s) are re-booked. If the reservation is re-booked the guest is subject to a $25/room administrative fee. The cancellation policy may differ for packages and stays longer than three nights.
Late Arrival/Early Departure
Vacancies caused by late arrivals or early departures are considered to be cancellations and are subject to the cancellation policy and fees as described above.
Groups
Deposit and cancellation policies for group reservations differ. Contact the inn for details on group reservations.
Room Capacity
Due to the historical nature of the inn, each room can accommodate only the number of individuals as confirmed in the reservation. If the number of individuals in your party increases, contact us for additional room availability. The inn does not have cots or roll-away beds.
No Smoking
In accordance with New York State law, smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building. It is also prohibited in all outdoor areas of the inn including porches and parking lots. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking within the building. Heavy smokers should consider other accommodations.
