The event starts at 5:00 PM with a reception at Brewery Ommegang where you can mingle with the other guests and have the opportunity to meet brew master Randy Thiel and several key Brewery Ommegang staff members before embarking on a VIP guided tour of the brewery.

Belgian’s are well known for pairing their exciting finely crafted beers with culinary delights to bring out the best of both. A gourmet multi-course beer and food pairing dinner will be presented at the brewery and hosted by the brew master. Randy will describe the Belgian beer making philosophy and brew process along with answering any questions you may have. If a reservation is changed, in whole or in part, a processing fee of $25 per room will be charged. When notice of a cancellation is provided more than 14 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund less the processing fee will be made. When notice of a cancellation is provided less than 14 days from the arrival date, a refund is subject to re-rental of the reserved room without loss to The Inn at Cooperstown.
