"The perfect elixir for the stress-ridden urbanite. The tidy rooms are without telephone and television
(though each can be found in sitting rooms)."
TRAVEL HOLIDAYWhen seeking Cooperstown lodging you need not look any further than The Inn at Cooperstown. Built as a hotel in 1874, The Inn at Cooperstown was designed by Henry J. Hardenbergh, the architect whose later achievements included the Dakota Apartments and The Plaza Hotel in New York City. The Inn was fully restored in 1985 and has been thoughtfully improved upon every year since.
Each of the 17 guest rooms is tastefully decorated, air-conditioned and has a private bath. Most guest rooms are furnished with either one queen size bed or two twin beds. There are a few rooms that can accommodate families of three and adjoining rooms are available for larger parties. There is also a lovely suite that has many special features including a sitting room with a wet bar, refrigerator, private phone, separate bedroom and a full bath.
Whether you're seeking a romantic get-away or a quiet atmosphere for a business meeting, our lodging accommodations and professional staff members provide genuine hospitality and personalized attention.
