Welcome to Cooperstown; the home of baseball! As one of the more popular events in town, the Cooperstown Hall of Fame Weekend brings thousands of baseball fans together with some of the game’s most notable names.
The Cooperstown Hall of Fame Induction weekend is typically held the third weekend in July (dates vary), with the annual Induction Ceremony held on that Sunday. See below for full event details and additional information to plan your trip for Cooperstown Hall of Fame weekend.
Induction Ceremony
The Induction Ceremony is the highlight of the Cooperstown Hall of Fame weekend. Baseball fans get to see first-hand the legends of baseball accept their nomination into the Baseball Hall of Fame.
The ceremony is free to attend and is recommended you arrive early to claim your spot on the lawn at the Clark Sports Center. There is no parking at the Sports Center, so you will need to park within Cooperstown and walk to the ceremony. The walk is about one mile from the Baseball Hall of Fame and 0.9 miles from The Inn at Cooperstown. Our ideal location in Cooperstown makes us a great choice when choosing your accommodations for the Hall of Fame weekend.
