Our comfortable suite includes a sitting room with wet bar, refrigerator, coffee maker and private phone line, plus one bedroom with a queen size bed and full bath. Accommodates one to three guests.

Standard Rooms

Standard rooms have one queen size bed or two twin beds. Rates quoted are for double occupancy. Two of our rooms can accommodate a third person for which there is an additional charge.  One room is wheelchair accessible. Adjoining rooms can accommodate families of four or five.

Cancellations: If a reservation is changed, in whole or in part, a processing fee of $25 per room will be charged. When notice of a cancellation is provided more than 14 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund less the processing fee will be made. When notice of a cancellation is provided less than 14 days from the arrival date, a refund is subject to re-rental of the reserved room without loss to The Inn at Cooperstown.

Late Arrival/Early Departure: Vacancies caused by late arrivals or early departures are considered to be cancellations and are subject to the cancellation policy and fees as described above.

Groups: Deposit and cancellation policies for group reservations differ. Contact the inn for details on group reservations.

Room Capacity: Due to the historical nature of the inn, each room can accommodate only the number of individuals as confirmed in the reservation. If the number of individuals in your party increases, contact us for additional room availability. The inn does not have cots or roll-away beds.

Smoking: For the comfort of our guests, smoking is permitted only on the front porch of The Inn. A $125 cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking within the guest rooms and/or the building. Heavy smokers should consider other accommodations.
