A credit card is required to make a reservation. All lodging charges are collected in full on arrival at the inn. Alternate deposit policies apply for stays of four nights or more.
The cancellation fee is $25 per room if a guest cancels 15 or more days prior to their arrival date. For cancellations within 14 or fewer days of arrival, guests are responsible for the full value of the reservation unless the room(s) is re-booked to other guests. If the reservation is re-booked, the guest is subject to a $25 per room processing fee. Vacancies caused by late arrivals or early departures are considered cancellations and are subject to the cancellation policy as described.
This will depend on the desired dates for the reservation. Most weekends and during the high season, May – October, there is a two-night minimum stay. Occasionally there will be the opportunity to book a single night during the high season depending on reservation flow. Please call The Inn at 607-547-5756 to enquire about one-night stays.
We have a fully accessible room with twin beds on our first floor. It can accommodate up to two people.
Other than certified service animals, pets are not permitted at The Inn. Our front desk staff can make recommendations for boarding for your pets.
At this time housekeeping services are offered every other day for guests staying three or more nights. For two-night stays, on request, staff are happy to empty trash and provide additional amenities and towels.
A gratuity envelope is available in each guest room. All gratuities go directly to the cleaning staff who did the work to make your room spotless.
The two suites at the inn are equipped with refrigerators. Our staff is happy to store/retrieve perishable items in The Inn’s kitchen refrigerator. The kitchen is for staff only and locked during overnight hours.
There are two major airports, both approximately 1.5 hours from the inn. Albany International Airport and Syracuse International Airport.
Our night coverage staff is available by phone to immediately assist with any emergencies during late-night hours.

No, however, we can recommend places within walking distance from the inn for small group meetings.
